The shop has been located right at the entrance of the factory in Sarlat since 1875. It has preserved the know-how and quality of the original recipes while daring to make superb innovations. The brand is committed to food safety by guaranteeing that its ducks are raised in the open air and fed without flour or animal fat. On the spot, you can taste the specialties and you can even participate in culinary courses. The Jean Rougié trophy has been awarded every year since 2010 to young talents in French cuisine, around foie gras and truffles.
