PÂTISSERIE MASSOULIER
If heaven is anything like this shop, there will be a line to get in. The flavors and textures take us to heaven!
Laura and Matthieu Massoulier have taken over the old Mertz house and in front of their shop window, the eye is irresistibly drawn to the colorful display of cakes and confectionery, chocolate of course and light tourtières with local fruit, jars filled with tiles and nougats. Roland Mertz was at the origin of a speciality inspired by roofs: a delicious lauze of fine nougatine filled with walnut chips and coated with chocolate. Matthieu created Le Lascaux, a hazelnut dacquoise with a praline cream and the Croquant de Sarlat with walnuts.
