A matter for connoisseurs, because here the pork butcher knows the products he cooks very well, to spoil you even more.
In Sarlat since 1960, Maison Vaux produces charcuterie, but also cooks duck and goose, and creates typical dishes: veloutés, sauces, ceps, truffles, cooked dishes (sauerkraut with goose fat, grilled pork with figs or beans with rind). Its flagship product? Country-style pâtés with chestnuts, walnuts, truffle juice, truffled goose or duck liver. From Montignac, Jean René Lapié and his wife took over from Michel Vaux in 2012.

Vos saucisses
