Le Fab Périgord, created by Jonathan Clark, is a unique concept combining a brewery, arts & crafts store and gîtes. Jonathan, originally from England and raised in the Ribéracois region, launched his craft brewery at the Auberge du Grand Bost. His amber ale "Double Entendre" (a reference to the local forest, its dual nationality and double fermentation) is served at the nearby restaurant Le Lavoir, accompanied by Perigord sauerkraut. Jonathan organizes tours and workshops, while Rose manages the gîtes and offers creative recycling workshops.
