The Association for the Promotion of the Truffle and Trufficulture based in Sorges in the Périgord Blanc had the idea to propose the sale of black truffles and its by-products on the website webtruffe.com. They sell first choice truffles, fresh in season. Out of season, they send them in cans or offer them frozen. You will also find simple recipes to cook them. They have a controlled truffle market on Sundays which is just a stone's throw from their premises. Local truffle growers supply the stocks.
