Albin has taken over from Guy and Isabelle and their predecessors, as the Périgourdin is rooted in the ages. The farm of Andrévias developed the reception, where in the shop you can attend a video projection, go then on the plots of walnut trees where the geese are. You will observe the work of the flock dogs who bring the geese back every evening. Gourmet products are available for purchase, whether it be foie gras, rillettes or confits, but also whole walnuts, in kernels or in the form of walnut oil which is suitable for salads.
