Helen Mange has always been passionate about cooking, and has recently set up her own culinary business: she offers a range of condiments, sweet and savoury cookies, vegetarian and gluten-free (with hazelnuts, almonds, paprika...). Green tomato ketchup is one of her latest creations! Her range is organic and made with local ingredients (from producers committed to preserving biodiversity). Helen's range can be found on her website, at two markets and in a number of producers' boutiques.
