Helen Mange has always been passionate about cooking and has recently created her own culinary business: she offers a range of sweet and savoury gluten-free cookies (with hazelnuts, almonds, paprika...), as well as vegetarian condiments. The green tomato ketchup is one of her latest creations! Her offer is organic and made with local ingredients (from producers committed to the preservation of biodiversity). Helen's range can be found on her website, at two markets, but also in some producers' stores.
