ROUGE LE BISTROT
Janice and Paul are English and like all the English who came to Périgord, they love local products. So these two decided to cook them, thus breaking the neck of those who claim that we do not put citizens of his majesty behind the stove.... The dishes are simple but tasty like this salmon in tomato salad or more British but just as good bacon and scrambled eggs in a crust served with homemade carrot purée. For dessert, Louise pineapple and coconut cake is sublime. Inside the decor is intimate and colourful. Outside there is a terrace overlooking the square. At the back is a charming private courtyard with a swimming pool and a covered terrace surrounded by accommodation (guest rooms, apartments, house).
