It is one of the famous foie gras houses in Périgord, today in the hands of Sandra and Aurélien Mahé-Rieux. You can visit the cannery, buy on the spot or if you are afraid to charge you can order by Internet. Among the house specialities: the pork liver pâté with ceps, soft with 6% ceps, or the aiguillette pâté, a tasty mixture of duck meat and lean pork. As an ambassador for the Périgord, the company promotes its products in Belgium by taking part every year in gourmet fairs and exhibitions.
