Bakery has been a family affair for 3 generations in the Le Houx family: in 2021, Sabrina reopened the bakery her father had run some twenty years earlier. Here, you'll find products made on site: baguette du Périgord, made with local flour and salt from the Ile de Ré; Rustou, a sourdough country loaf whose recipe was invented by her father... In season, Atur's strawberry tarts are not to be missed!
