Bistro in Tremolat preparing a simple and uncomplicated cuisine, a generous foie gras with attractive prices.
Close to the main house (the Vieux Logis), on a pretty square, the Bistrot de la Place welcomes you in a very soft setting and a typical bistro atmosphere, to make you discover a simple and relaxed cuisine. The menu really keeps all its promises: the foie gras served generously is accompanied by a fruity mousseline; the traditional duck confit is accompanied by potatoes from Sarlat... The desserts are classic and sublimated by the products of the region (strawberry pavlova and lemon ice cream, for example).

Un supplément de 3 euros pour une cuisse de canard sèche et 5 à 6 pommes de terre !!
Certains gault et millau de la région affichent des menus à 39 euros !!!!!

Je ne recommande pas les pommes de terre sarladaises au goût très douteux
Desserts constitués d’une sorte de chantilly remplis de sucre
Et il semble que ce restaurant fasse partie de l’étoilé à côté !!!!!!
