For the past 30 years, the family company Dupiol has installed geothermal heat pumps which - thanks to sensors buried in the soil that draw the calories from the earth - heat water in radiators and floors, tap water and pools. The company can intervene, throughout the department, on a built house or on an existing building if it is equipped with a central water heating. For a house of 90-100 m 2, it takes 15 000 to 22 000 € of installation (including machines). This system reduces its energy bill since the company ensures that thanks to geothermal, consumption ranges from 180 € to 250 € per year. You can benefit from a 26% tax credit within the limit of € 16 000.
