Restaurant and wine bar with homemade cuisine using local produce, entertainment and a superb view of the estuary...

Formerly the P'tit Canon, the restaurant recently changed ownership to become the Comptoir Vauban. The restaurant still benefits from its unique location, in the heart of the Citadelle, with a splendid view over the Gironde estuary. In summer, it's great to share a few tapas and enjoy a few drinks on the terrace. Accueil médiocre service lent et serveur incompétent plats froids heureusement qu’il y a la vue et service tellement lent que nous avons pu profiter du coucher de soleil. A éviter!!!!!

Triste accueil, les entrées ne correspondent pas à ce qu’il y a d’écrit sur la carte, le plat, pas mieux filet mignon un peu raide. Absence de légumes dans l’assiette sauce aux cèpes sans cèpes et un seul dessert au choix pour 30 €.

En terrasse c'est hyper agréable, bel endroit. Service impeccable, personnel très jeune mais déjà bien attentionné à votre bien être. Entrée, plat rien à redire, parfait mais.... Quelle idée saugrenue de revisiter le Tiramisu version verrine, une catastrophe au niveau du goût et de la présentation, à éviter....... dommage pour cette fausse note.

Un bel écrin avec vue sur l'estuaire de la Gironde. Cependant le service laisse à désirer peut être faisions nous "tache" avec mes collègues, pas souriant, pressé pour prendre la commande.

Bref un peu déçu dans l'ensemble. La cuisine était par contre à l'attendu.
