Brunch très décevant
Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois manger au Fer à Cheval en semaine. C'est une de nos tables préférées. Les menus sont très bons et très variés, préparés avec des produits frais. Par contre, nous n'avions jamais essayé le brunch du dimanche. Ça a été chose faite en septembre. Mais là... grande a été notre déception. Il est vrai qu' à cause de la circulation, nous sommes arrivés à 13 h. Ça explique sans doute (en partie) pourquoi la fraîcheur des plats a été souvent trop douteuse. En particulier le foie gras presque fondu sur le plat. Rien à dire sur les huîtres et fruits de mer. Le saumon gravelax: un délice! Par contre déçus par la salade de riz (riz trop croquant) et les avocats beaucoup trop citronnés. Côté desserts, il restait peu de choix : quelques tartes, correctes sans plus. Il y avait dans un plat du tiramisu (du moins je crois que ça en était) tout fondu, pas appétissant du tout.
Nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience, dommage ! Pour le prix, nous aurions mieux mangé ailleurs !
