If you pass through the commercial area Les Portes du Delta in Biganos, at lunchtime or dinner, do not hesitate to stop at Asia Gourmande. Great appetites will certainly be rassassiés. The restaurant offers a well-stocked buffet of Asian specialities from fresh and seasonal products: sushi, makis, samoussas, nems, vapeur, spring rolls, seaweed salad, skipped vermicelli, soja pork, caramel pork, painted duck, etc. At the end of 2015, the large decorated Asian room hosted a wok and plancha space. You have to compose your plate and give it to the chef who will memorize the sauce of your choice before playing his utensils just above the fire. A real show for those who discover the kitchen with wok. The location is very nice. On the desserts, again, it is the self-service that is offered to you. Good value for money.

Ce qui nous a choqué le fait de voir l’hôte ou l’hôtesse (passer plusieurs fois du restaurant à l’autre côté du restaurant) avec des plats pleins de brochettes à emporter sans les couvrir en les exposant aux acariens du rideau de la porte qui mène à une autre pièce pour l’emballage (je pense).
Remarque prononcée une fois sans en tenir compte pour le deuxième passage des plats à emporter.
Le choc de température chaud/froid avant livraison (impensable côté hygiène) est sûrement assuré ( risque de la salmonelle et autres)????????
