If you pass through the commercial area Les Portes du Delta in Biganos, at lunchtime or dinner, do not hesitate to stop at Asia Gourmande. Great appetites will certainly be rassassiés. The restaurant offers a well-stocked buffet of Asian specialities from fresh and seasonal products: sushi, makis, samoussas, nems, vapeur, spring rolls, seaweed salad, skipped vermicelli, soja pork, caramel pork, painted duck, etc. At the end of 2015, the large decorated Asian room hosted a wok and plancha space. You have to compose your plate and give it to the chef who will memorize the sauce of your choice before playing his utensils just above the fire. A real show for those who discover the kitchen with wok. The location is very nice. On the desserts, again, it is the self-service that is offered to you. Good value for money.

Très déçue de mon dernier passage.
Ce n'est plus Asie gourmande mais une autre enseigne. Plat "à volonté" mais....... Tout n'est plus compris. En autre, les desserts sont payants....
L'accueil est très agréable,
La nourriture toujours aussi bonne.
Mais...
On ne reste pas sur notre faim puisque c'est très bon mais.... Ce petit truc de ne plus se servir manque.
On pourrait penser que c'est pour éviter le gaspillage, sincèrement c'est une erreur. On vient de le démontrer lors de notre passage. On commande sur un papier et on ne se rend pas compte de la quantité.
