Des poils dans les tiroirs, araignées morte par terre , assiette même pas lavé !

Piscine pas chauffée !
Réception fermer des 18h45 au lieu de 19h. Suite à nos échanges concernant ces problèmes d’après le personnel « il y a bien pire « des clients ont trouvés des cafards en ouvrant le tiroir »
Grosse déception au vue du prix payé.
Il faudrait revoir l’hygiène et le professionnalisme du personnel !
Très mauvaise expérience et dommage au vu du magnifique lac à 100m de leur « hôtel 3 étoiles »
