Since 1895, the Darroze family has forged a fine reputation in the hotel-restaurant business. Opened in 1974, the Maison Darroze is now in the hands of the fourth generation, with Jean-Charles and his wife Annelie. It's said that the cuisine at Maison Darroze is traditional and proudly regionalist... While it's true that it honors the terroir, it is above all in tune with the times, thanks to the remarkable savoir-faire of chef Mathis Jonquet.

Un sommelier qui saura vous guider vers les "châteaux" les plus adéquats, un personnel au petit soin et une cuisine très fine qui revisite certains classique du Sud-Ouest. Bref, un très bon gastronomique !
Très bonne adresse, accueil, bonne cuisine du sud ouest bien revue et corrigée pour répondre aux demandes actuelles
La formule du midi "bistronomique" change toutes les semaines. 3 plats pour 32 euros dans un restaurant étoilé, c'est absolument inégalable. Nous nous sommes régalés.
