Le Bouchon du Ferret welcomes gourmands and gourmets in the former fishmonger's shop of Ferret, now revisited as a restaurant. Signed Eric Jolibois, the menu is composed in part of fish and seafood caught on the day. Jonathan Gomez, the owner, runs this magnificent and authentic place, in the heart of the traditional oyster village, with a view of the Dune du Pilat. Le Bouchon is also a place to exchange and share around good products of the sea or the earth, but also beautiful bottles which decorate the wooden shelves.

Superbe endroit un peu en retrait...
Lieu découvert par hasard, on était parti pour manger des huîtres et finalement on est tombés sur ce restaurant qui nous a donné envie de rentrer. Quel plaisir et régal, vraiment pas déçu c’était très bon avec une superbe présentation des plats. On y retournera très vite.

un diner entre amis tout simplement.. puis l'accueil, le cadre nous ont tous donnés l’envie de découvrir la cuisine, puis vain la carte, j’en ai encore les frissons d’en parler…
Le fameux excellentissime Poulpe façon chef, obligé de féliciter l’originalité du plat. Dès mon prochain voyage au Cap je réserve ma table avant mes billet…
