Le Manège is housed in the former stables of the Château de Léognan, with the rond de longe now transformed into a pleasant covered terrace. Faithful to its equestrian past, the restaurant is also decorated in a style reminiscent of the estate's winemaking activity. The menu is creatively conceived and precisely executed by chef Gaël Derrien. The result: gourmet (and organic) proposals, whose flavors and textures delight the taste buds... The dishes are of course enhanced by the always excellent Pessac-Léognan wines!

Le menu à 38 euros propose des choix intéressants, et l'on n'est pas déçu de déguster les plats servis par un personnel attentionné.
Belle carte, entrée de foie gras excellente ! Vins au top, bref, je recommande !
Je reviens chaque fois avec grand plaisir et ... peut-être un jour prochain serais-je sur ce dernier point comblée !
J'adresse un Grand Merci au Chef pour ses propositions de plats et toutes les saveurs qu'il rassemble avec brio.
