On this rocky soil, exposed to the Cers wind, the Sarrat Goundy estate has given birth to small wines of character resulting from the marriage of stone and different grape varieties, as witnessed by the Cuvée du Planteur, including a mineral, racy rosé, 60% Grenache and 40% Cinsault. A fine tribute from the son to his father, known as a vine planter. The winery is located just outside Vinassan, in the commune of Armissan. Olivier, the son, has used the space magnificently and organised a number of attractive photo exhibitions.

Super belle endroit, cocktails pour tout les goûts, super bon et originaux ! Le prix est raisonnable, les plats étaient divins, je recommande le cote à l’os avec ses pommes de terres grenailles fumées et sa sauce ketchup maison qui était incroyable !

Super cadre, personnel très sympa, plats très agréable. Goûter le Gin à base de basilic, un délice. La combes aux louves est un vin merveilleux. Une belle soirée à passer dans les vignes pour admirer un coucher de soleil à l’apéro, puis se laisser apaiser par un dîner bien agréable. Prévoir de l’anti moustique est indispensable ! ???? ou en demander au personnel. Prix au dessus de la moyenne, apéro, repas et vin, prévoir 70€ par personne.
