Founded in 1936 in Limoux, Maison Bor is a renowned nougat maker. The factory has since been taken over and enlarged, and Maison Bor has set up shop on Place Carnot in Carcassonne. Here, at any time of day, you can enjoy one of their wonderful homemade pastries, accompanied by one of the 14 different teas on the menu, or one of the 10 exclusive herbal teas. The fast-food area at lunchtime lets you sample local produce and Aude wines, and you can sit out on the terrace in all seasons, thanks to the soft plaids on their deckchairs...

Nous étions des clients fidèles mais hier nous étions en famille, un groupe de 9, et on nous a servi des viennoiseries complètement brûlés. Ce n'etait pas possible de les manger. 72€ pour 9 oranges pressées et 9 boissons presque chaudes. On ne reviendra jamais.

Aujourd'hui 19 août, quand le patron n est pas là, les 2 serveurs s en fichent. Lui, indifférent, rigole avec des potes, elle, froide et hautaine.

Lo encontramos de casualidad, estábamos de vacaciones, intentando comer a las 14h y parecía misión imposible. Fue en el único sitio que nos dijeron que SI y comimos super bien.
