LA CUISINE DES GARRIGUES
A warm welcome on the part of this enthusiast, whose white deck is easily felt to delight you. Jean-Pierre offers traditional cuisine, skilfully furnished in dishes and meals for your working meetings. As well as master of receptions (inaugurations, weddings, baptisms), Jean-Pierre will not retreat even before making 2,000 small furnaces! His dishes go from paella to cassoulet, through plancha fish, stuffed vegetables or squid, salty pies, or exquisite crayfish (on order). Desserts are not the same as "his" daily Tatin pie, or old-fashioned pudding, with eggs and croissants made on the spot. Note that Jean-Pierre, in the desire to offer the best flavours, uses only fresh and quality products, including for meat (like the Cathar lamb).
