It was in 2013 that Laurent Faure decided to set up his vinegar factory in an old wine storehouse in Coursan, his native village. Here, he makes balsamic vinegars and wine vinegars flavoured with fruit and spices. Granhota's range of vinegars is made from Languedoc wines aged in oak barrels, guaranteed sulfite-, preservative- and colourant-free. It is available in both plain and flavoured versions, embracing the Aude terroir with balance (fruit, rare spices, aromatic herbs, Corbières saffron...).

A l'entrée de Coursan en venant de Narbonne, au fond d'une impasse a gauche, vous découvrez un hangar qui regorge de barriques de vinaigre. L'accueil est chaleureux avec une dégustation a la cuillère des différents produits proposés. Il n'y a pas de force à la vente et un esprit commercial. Un arrêt s'impose
