Our wheat is grown organically, we work exclusively with ancient seed varieties, and everything is stone-ground. A perfect blend of tradition, health and taste. The bread can be kept for a week.

Les artisans du bon goût
Nous avons assisté à la visite guidée du moulin, faite par un passionné et nous avons beaucoup appris. Ne manquez pas les fameuses pâtisseries bio (comme tout ce qui est vendu dans la boulangerie ) il est possible de les déguster devant la boulangerie . Nous avons également acheté des pâtes, et nous nous sommes régalés.
