When you think of wine tourism, you immediately think of Château La Bastide, located to the north of the Corbières appellation. Nan-Ping Gao masterfully manages this 180-hectare estate, 60 of which are PDO and PGI. Environmentally conscious, the estate is in the process of converting to organic farming, and produces over 20 top-quality wines, including the Istoria, Eidos and Optimée cuvées.
