La Mer à Boire is a craft microbrewery located in Gruissan Plage, offering several beers brewed on site, including wheat beer, lager, amber, stout and IPA. Respectively, "L'écume de mer", with its hint of citrus, "Oh soleil", "La Barberousse", aptly named, "La Macar" and "La Tram". There are also seasonal beers such as "La Mer Fruitée", a beer with a different fruit each year, and an amber beer with spices for winter, "La Mer Givrée". Visit, bar and tasting on site.

Nous avons été reçus comme des princes par le gérant pour une visite de la brasserie. Le lieu est très sympa et les bières sont excellente, en plus de proposer un large choix.
