The notoriety of this cooperative cellar is no longer in doubt. Among the wines proposed, we chose to introduce you to the classic: Jordane de Lauran 2008, a red wine that is homogeneous, well-balanced, supple, delicate, and pleasant. We have a soft spot for the Saint-Marcellin 2007, composed of Syrah, a red wine with a very intense colour, a complex nose of ripe fruits, spices, and venison fur, subtly vanilla and undernotes. In the mouth, it is sweet and roasted, with still firm tannins carrying fruity and creamy spice aromas, with a hint of liquorice, violet, and truffle. The finish is vanilla with a very good length. To be enjoyed and savoured, in moderation of course.
