CHEZ CUL D'OURSIN
Restaurant with terrace offering seafood and local wines.
Go to the right bank of the oyster centre and take a seat, in the room or on the terrace, at Cul d'Oursin. Oysters are fresh, clams are tasty, and mussels perfectly seasoned. Here, they will add raspberry vinegar and pepper to your shellfish to give it more character. You will also find oysters prepared "selon la surprise du capitaine" (the preparation will be a surprise)… Are you tempted? We will give you a clue: it's spicy. Another one? It's very good! The decor is nice, with old boat materials and objects, the service is impeccable, smiling, and professional. The wines served are local; we recommend you taste one of the fruity white wines. You can also order take-away. For an easy and simple atmosphere, you can also choose the second "mas": La Cabane des Tontons. The terrace is paved with sea-shells, the tables have been built using the old oyster park, and the menu is humorous! Who will dare to order an Orgasme à urler (a "screaming orgasm" - eight oysters and six mussels)? Nice feel and quality products.
