The oysters of the Leucate Pond are good, and you will have no bad surprises if you buy them directly from the producers in one of the mas of the oyster center. But there is still one that stands out from the rest, Treize to the Dozen. It is the only one where you can taste shellfish (oysters, clams, mussels…) but also shrimp, on a small terrace overlooking the grau of Leucate. Then go to the left bank, for a tasting with your feet in the water, or almost!
