After creating a highly acclaimed patisserie in Paris, Armand and Nina moved down to the region where Nina lived. A magnificent patio leads to "gourmandises", a 100% artisanal patisserie with tempting window displays. Chef Armand, accompanied by a patissier and a tourier, create beautiful, tasty cakes and top-of-the-range viennoiserie made with French produce, PDO butter and local seasonal fruit. Savouries (savoury tartines, béchamel croissants) and organic gourmet French groceries complete the picture.

Les pâtisseries donnent toutes envie et bonheur, elles sont aussi belles que délicieuses (l'éclair caramel beurre salé/fève tonka : extase).
