The Castillons have been in the shellfish and fish business for three generations! In this oyster farmhouse in Leucate, you will of course find the house oysters but also shellfish bought directly from the shellfish fishermen (tellin, clams, sea snails...). For the fish, they are of the day and fished by Franck, a professional fisherman.
