For centuries, seven generations have worked on the 30 hectares of the estate to produce wines with original aromas that reflect the generosity and strong character of the local people. Defenders of a strong ethical charter including the HVE standard, Pierre Fil and his son Jérôme offer three original ranges, from vineyards shaped by the wind and the Mediterranean climate; the "pleasure" wines, wines of friends as they like to say, the "authentic", Minervois reds and signature wines with the flagship wines of the domain, "Dolium" and "M".

Specialists of the incomparable Mourvèdre variety, Pierre Fil is one to visit. The lovely Annabelle guided us through their top-notch array of bottles, from the moreish aperitif "Wi-Fil" to the prestigious "M" bottling. All delicious, and well worth the time. Took a case home and already cracked open by dinner-time!

Die Weine von Domaine Pierre Fil sind Spitzenklasse! Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Die Rotweine sind genau so großartig wie der Roséwein. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein kleines Weingut, dass wir auf Empfehlung entdeckt haben. Geführt wird das Weingut von einem älteren Ehepaar und ihrem Sohn. Fokus liegt auf Rotweinen, aber auch der Weißwein ist sehr gut. Unser Favorit waren Dolium und Filosofia. Unbedingt mal vorbei fahren.
