Asséched in 1808, the salted pond of Marseillette is the area that benefits from all the assets needed to grow rice, and it is in the 1850 s possible, thanks to a 2,135 meter freshwater drainage and irrigation network. Laurent Malis, fourth of a rice line line, is now alone in perpetuating this audoise tradition for almost twenty years!

We recommend that you adopt this delicious 100% Minervois rice. It has nothing to envy the Camargue, with a diversity of six varieties: round, dead, long white, perfumed, complete, complete red, and a duo mixing the frozen rice and red rice. Nous ne sommes pas allés dans ce lieu, j'ai commandé du riz en ligne. Je l'ai d'abord acheté à Paris, pour ma fille, donc quelque chose de bonne qualité. Quand elle a vu les 40 min de cuisson, j'ai compris que c'est moi qui vais le faire, et nous avons mangé jusqu'au dernier grain. J'ai pas encore mangé d'aussi bon riz complet. Je n'ai pas pu le retrouvé à Paris, alors j'ai commandé sur le site, du riz complet et du riz blanc long. Depuis la livraison j'ai l'impression qu'on ne mange que ça :) J'ai aussi bien aimé les explications sur les différents types de riz, et le soin apporté à l'emballage. Un grand merci de nous trois
