In the heart of the vineyards of the Val de Dagne, the cellar of the Domaine Calmel et Joseph welcomes you for tastings of products from the property. If the wine, in organic farming, is the main production of the place, you will also be able to discover the olive oil or the honey of the scrubland. The Calmel and Joseph vintages come from a variety of terroirs, spread between the Black Mountain and the Mediterranean. The tasting offers some nice surprises, from "light" wines to more robust and complex ones, several of which have won medals, such as the "Villa Blanche" range, to name but one.

Emplacement au calme dans la sérénité la plus totale. Beau domaine dans la nature vraiment atypique et confortable. De beaux volumes, une belle décoration, des équipements de qualité. Que se soit Sandy, Laurent ou Jérôme vous tomberez sur des personnes bienveillantes, intéressantes, professionnelles. Le caveau est magnifique et les produits proposés à la hauteur des prestations. Je recommande sans hésiter. Je les remercie pour notre séjour en terre Carcassonnaise.❤️

I can highly recommend visiting this vinery, lovely scenery and staff. Sandy held a private winetasting, explaining their way of working and also provided us with a lot of information about the region. For a non-professional wine taster this was very informative and a perfect way of spending an afternoon.
