Asado owes its name to its wood-fired barbecues and ovens. Here, local fish and meats are grilled over a wood fire and accompanied by local salads and vegetables. Renard enjoyed the mature Aubrac meat and the fig gratin for dessert, served with a fine glass of wine from the estate.

My experience at Asado restaurant was amazing. The wood-fired cooking adds a unique flavor to the dishes. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, especially at sunset. I want to thank Frederic for the enjoyable conversation. An unforgettable evening!

Vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst en werknemers. Top locatie om heerlijk te eten, iets te drinken of te ontspannen in de spa. Eet - lounge terras met super uitzicht. Hotel faciliteiten maar ook vakantievilla's om te huren. Zeker langs gaan als je in de buurt bent.
