Originally from the Champagne region of France, Jean-Michel worked for a network of wine merchants for many years before setting up in the region of 37 PDOs in 2010. Caviste recommandé depuis Metz…nous y sommes allés à aller comme au retour de nos vacances. Fin connaisseur des vins de toute sa région Languedoc Roussillon. Chaque bouteille, chaque Cubi conseillés donc achetés aveuglément sont une divine surprise. Qualité/prix au grand rdv. Confiance totale. Site internet qui nous rassure pour longs hivers loin d’eux …. !
