Originally from the Champagne region of France, Jean-Michel worked for a network of wine merchants for many years before setting up in the region of 37 PDOs in 2010. His cellars in Narbonne and Gruissan are 100% Languedoc-Roussillon wines, with more than 850 references, including over 500 organic wines, and provide a dynamic wine scene throughout the Narbonnais region, organizing numerous events (see Facebook, Instagram).
