The wine cellar of Pouzols-Mailhac is located on the Minervois wine road, on the Carcassonne-Béziers axis. It gathers nearly 200 winegrowers and 650 hectares of vines established in amphitheatre. The producers use their ancestral know-how and modern vinification techniques to make their Minervois appellation wines. Frequently rewarded in national competitions, they shine thanks to the power of their perfumes, very representative of the Aude region.

Je ne connaissais pas ces vins ou plutôt que par le biais des grandes surfaces très mauvaise pub ces vins de producteurs sont excellent

Après une petite dégustation, nous sommes repartis avec des bouteilles, car tous les vins (tous de viticulteurs du coin) que nous avons goûtés étaient très bons !
