Baker? Pastry chef? More like an organic bread and cake maker. This is at least how the 310 Bio concept is defined, located in the heart of the Aude Pyrenees. Indeed, it is the know-how and skill of this company, steeped in conviction, that give its products a good taste of the past: a natural sourdough - a mixture of water and flour without artificial yeast -, mineralised water, a pinch of salt, all added to a lot of mastery and quite a bit of patience to shape, roll and bake bread. A natural requirement, also favoured in the manufacture of cakes. Cookies, palates, crunchy, cakes, meringues, sacristan, tiles, madeleines or shortbread are guaranteed without preservatives, and the ingredients must be of organic origin.
