The Saint-Emilion truffle market holds its 11th edition in 2025. The truffle growers, exclusively from the département, meet every Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to noon, from early December to late February, at Maison Guadet in Saint-Emilion. That's why you'll only find truffles freshly harvested during the week. This exceptional market is aimed at the general public, to help promote the industry in Gironde.
