Très bonne crème de marrons dégustée ce jour.. Peu sucrée. Entreprise locale à soutenir. J'espère vous rencontrer un de ces jours. A très bientôt pour quelques pots. ????

Des marrons/châtaignes délicieuses. Une superbe découverte et comme il n’y en a plus à la biocoop de Carcassonne, ben je vais faire la route pour me faire un stock. Ce sont les meilleures que j’ai mangées.

Belle surprise !
En contrebas de la route, en entrant dans Roquefère, vous trouverez de quoi vous régaler, entre purée de châtaignes, crème de marrons ou miel. Fait étonnant, libre service sur le perron, il vous suffit de déposer le montant de vos achats dans la boite prévue à cet effet, du jamais vu pour moi !!!
