The Nougalet chocolate and confectionery factory welcomes you to its 6,000 m² factory dedicated to gourmet delights. Much more than just a chocolate factory, Nougalet has been renowned for its exceptional expertise for over half a century. Here, raw materials are rigorously selected: almonds from southern Spain, Italian hazelnuts, chocolates from the 4 corners of the world... the taste is there. Nougalet is also an experience to be savored: as you pass through, you can admire the precise gestures of the craftsmen at work.

Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm; Saturday, 10am to 7pm. Please note: no production on Saturdays. Open 7 days a week in December. Gift store. Seminar rooms. Delivery possible (online store). Weekday self-guided tours €3.50 (free on Saturdays). Guided tours at 10:30 am or 2:15 pm (by appointment only) with tasting: Adults: €6.5. Children aged 6 to 15: €5. Children under 6: free. Group rates.

Created in 1951 and located in Trèbes, the Chocolaterie Nougalet is one of the oldest in the Aude. It offers in its store various creations adapted to the evolution of tastes and desires of chocolate lovers. Its pralines made with almonds from a small cooperative in Murcia, Spain, and hazelnuts from Avellino, Italy, will certainly not leave you indifferent. At Nougalet, you will also find a nice selection of confectionery and macaroni made in a traditional way. These are offered individually or in boxes. Here, you will also be able to observe the different stages of the conception of your gourmet treasures. You will dive into the chocolate world of Nougalet while making beautiful discoveries.
