This is the story of Fanny who, having grown up in the family bakery in Sallèles d'Aude, decided to "return to the roots ", to the place where her father acquired the trade. And she was right to do so, delighting us with her traditional or special breads, chocolatines, butter or plain croissants, almond loaves and other viennoiseries. As for pastries, it's Barbara who pampers us with a host of homemade delights, including pine nut tarts, a traditional Aude speciality made with cream and almonds, and the famous Paris Vinassan.

Un pain de qualité, un amour de la boulangerie...

Ottima panetteria aperta dalle 6,30 am fino alle 7,30 pm con pausa all'ora di pranzo, è a pochi passi dall'area sosta camper di Vinassan visitata a fine novembre 2022 (anche se sfortunatamente l'abbiamo trovata fuori servizio). Baguette e pane fresco di vari tipi, dolci buonissimi da gustarsi in camper. Oltre a ciò, la ragazza che mi ha servito parla inglese, cosa di fondamentale importanza per me che purtroppo non capisco una parola di francese...consigliatissima!

Super boulangerie..le pain ..du gâteau.. surtout le viking et le pain aux graines quant aux gâteaux.. une fureur ..et une boulangère charmante et commerçante..
