Here, Chef Olry deploys all his culinary savoir-faire to satisfy the most demanding palates. The 19th-century building houses an Art Deco room where guests are warmly welcomed, and can even watch the brigade in action behind the bay window. Seasonal menus feature ingredients such as truffles, scallops and lobsters. Dishes offer unexpected flavors, such as duck foie gras with "la Véra" sweet pepper, or squid stuffed with crab... A perfect lunch just across from the train station. The €39 set lunch menu is a bargain. Good wine selection including half bottles. Each course was perfectly timed and a visual delight. A symphony of textures and flavours.
