Gastronomic restaurant offering a cuisine full of flavors in Béziers.

Here, Chef Olry deploys all his culinary savoir-faire to satisfy the most demanding palates. The 19th-century building houses an Art Deco room where guests are warmly welcomed, and can even watch the brigade in action behind the bay window. Seasonal menus feature ingredients such as truffles, scallops and lobsters. Dishes offer unexpected flavors, such as duck foie gras with "la Véra" sweet pepper, or squid stuffed with crab...
