Family property since 1961, this motel-restaurant is run by the Archimbeau family. They have preserved the authenticity of the site while adapting it to the increasingly demanding needs of guests. In the end, the address is a true haven of peace fully equipped. Located on the banks of Etang de Thau, the address also has a superb view, some of the rooms have panoramic terraces that deserve to be visited. If you want to rest a few days, know that the hotel is equipped with comfortable rooms (air conditioning, free wifi, TV…), private terraces, a swimming pool as well as private lock-up garages for cars. In a refined setting, you can also enjoy a regional cuisine based on shellfish and fish, from the fish market of Sète.

Das Restaurant wird gelobt für seine Küche (Michelin). Aber wenn man Sonntags für 13 Uhr reserviert hat und pünktlich ankommt, sitzt man noch um 13:15 Uhr ohne Getränke. Auf eine höfliche Nachfrage kommt ein arrogantes "J´arrive" und weitere 5 Minuten kommt niemand. Da sind wie eben weiter. An Servicepersonal hat es nicht gefehlt, nur eben steter Tunnelblick am Gast vorbei und vornehmer als die Gäste. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter haben wir mit super Service super gegessen, für 85 Euro zu zweit inkl. Wasser und Wein, das wird hier schon mit dem preiswertesten Menu ohne Getränke deutlich übertroffen.

Tout au bord de l'étang, ce joli motel offre un emplacement exceptionnel. En premier lieu, on note de nombreuses places de parking près ou sous les chambres. Notre chambre est spacieuse avec une grande terrasse bien équipée transats et table avec vue sur l'étang. La piscine est carrément d'une taille olympique ! Le soir, en terrasse ,le restaurant offre une carte intéressante. Bouzigues est à 15 minutes a pied ,en marchant le long de l'étang, bien pour déguster les célèbres huîtres. Nous sommes bien accueilli, aussi je recommande vivement ce motel historique. ????
