Housed in a beautifully restored coach house, the chef of this gourmet restaurant creates tasty, colorful dishes, highlighting seasonal produce. The main course is a marriage of cod, house-smoked salmon, coral lentils with ginger broth and beef and veal with vitelotte, balsamic vinaigrette and herb jus. Desserts are true works of art, like the all-chocolate entremets with garrigue-flavored granita. A selection of regional wines accompanies the meal. Reservations recommended!
