With its immense classified park and its vineyards, Verchant attracts by its brightness, its serenity and its great number of services. The estate consists of a very high standing hotel with no less than three swimming pools, a huge spa overlooking the vineyards, a tennis court, two restaurants, a seminar room and can host private events. Very sober and refined, the rooms have all the necessary comfort.

Belle surprise que de voir un caveau dans le domaine.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement sympathique et avenant, dommage toutefois que ça ne soit pas le même constat pour le restaurant "La Plage", pour lequel, je pense que certains efforts sont à fournir (raison du 4/5 étoiles).
En effet, le restaurant "La Plage" propose des plats extrêmement chers pour la qualité de la prestation (un petit poulpe mal cuit à 36 euros par exemple). Sans compter que le personnel de ce restaurant n'est pas des plus agréable sauf exception pour 1 à 2 de ses employés. Le temps d'attente pour être servi est extrêmement long.
