LE GRAM
Le Gram is the clever blend of Audrey and Marion after the fusion of their initials as well as their love for cakes. Since their childhood, these two friends like flour, eggs, butter, sugar, so these two academics have converted to pastry. They acquired their diplomas before working in star-studded establishments so as to acquire the secrets of traditional and modern pastry. Le Gram pastry shop, is a nice cocoon, cosy and bright in the middle of Ecusson, where you can sit upstairs among the pastel cushions of the sofas or around the tables. You will have lunch with nice crockery and enjoy fresh and home-cooked dishes (it is better to book before), taste delicacies in the tea room and/or take away. Here, it is the world of pastry: French pastry and traditional pastry which is customised by Audrey (seasonal fruit pies, macaroons, madeleines, lemon pies), American pastry customised by Marion, with a farandole of "cake": NYC cheesecake, brund-cake, red velvet cupcakes, chestnut pancake, popcakes... But also cookies, coconut muffins and "seasonal events" pastries for great events during the year.
